1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Pixley Media Pvt. Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pixley Media Pvt. Ltd. provides photography and video content creation services including but not limited to food photography, product photography, lifestyle photography, restaurant photography, real estate photography, advertising videos, reels creation, and commercial video production.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final edited files.
• All payments are non-refundable once the shoot has commenced.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for the agreed purposes. Pixley Media retains the right to use the content in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the shoot: Full advance refund.
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% of advance refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund.

6. Revisions

All packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at ₹500 per photo revision and ₹2,000 per video revision. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pixley Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
